A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 19-1064 Approval of the minutes of the November 18, 2019 Special Finance Committee meeting. A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT Mary Goetsch AGENDA 19-1036 An Ordinance Adopting An Annual Budget For the Fiscal Year Beginning January 1, 2020 And Ending December 31, 2020 In Lieu Of Passage Of An Appropriation Ordinance . A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 19-1070 A Resolution to Authorize the City to Enter into an Agreement with Two Brothers Roundhouse, Inc. to Sublease the West Lot of the Aurora Transportation Center (ATC) For Valet Parking, and Provide Additional Employee Parking Spaces in the North Lot of the ATC During Valet Hours. A motion was made by Alderman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Nayes: 1 19-1077 A Resolution authorizing an agreement with Kane McKenna and Associates to perform a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District Eligibility Study for the Galena Blvd./River Street area as attached. . Alderman Hart-Burns left the meeting at 4:00 p.m. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. This Reports/Studies was forwarded with no recommendation to the Committee of the Whole. ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Bugg, that this agenda item be adjourned. The motion carried.
