AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes - Final November 18, 2021 21-0865 Review of the Proposed 2022 City Budget - Public Works I (CIP, PW Admin, Electrical, Engineering, and Water Production) Alderman Bugg joined the meeting at 9:08 a.m. At the request of Alex Alexandrou, Chairperson Franco recessed the meeting at 9:35 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at 9:36 a.m. At 10:31 a.m., Alderman Bugg left the meeting. Alderman Bugg rejoined the meeting at 10:32 a.m. Alderwoman Hart-Burns joined the meeting at 10:38 a.m. Chairperson Franco recessed the meeting at 10:44 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at 10:52 a.m. Presented by Ken Schroth, Public Works; Scott Miller, Electrical; Dave Schumacher, Water Production; Stacey Peterson, Budget; Jolene Coulter, Purchasing; Alex Alexandrou, Mayor's Office; Tim Forbes, Street Dept.; and Eric Schoeny, Water and Sewer. This Reports/Studies was discussed and filed. CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Hart-Burns, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
