Please contact the Aldermen's Office at (630) 256-3020. CALL TO ORDER Chairman Franco called the meeting to order at 3:01pm. ROLL CALL A motion was made by Alderwoman Baid, second by Alderman Tolliver to allow Alderman Bugg to participate remotely per Section 2-80 of the Code of Ordinances based on a reasonable anticipation of an extended illness. Present: 4 - Chairperson Carl Franco, Vice Chair Edward Bugg, Alderwoman Shweta Baid and Alderman Brandon Tolliver Absent: 1 - Alderman Ron Woerman APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0104 Approval of the minutes from the Finance Committee Meeting held on January 30, 2025 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Baid, seconded by Alderman Tolliver, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes - Final February 13, 2025 24-0913 A Resolution authorizing the execution of an Engineering Agreement with Alfred Benesch & Company in the not to exceed amount of $315,979.00, and the appropriation of $315,979.00 of MFT Funds for the 2025-2026 Bridge Inspections. A motion was made by Alderman Tolliver, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 24-0954 A Resolution authorizing City to accept a grant award of $18,503.76 from the FY25 Illinois Department of Transportation State & Community Highway Safety / National Priority Safety Programs Grant. A motion was made by Alderwoman Baid, seconded by Alderman Tolliver, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 25-0112 A Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Aurora and the Aurora Township Highway Department for the resurfacing of Molitor Road . A motion was made by Alderwoman Baid, seconded by Alderman Tolliver, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 25-0113 A Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Aurora and Naperville Township for the resurfacing of Molitor Road. A motion was made by Alderwoman Baid, seconded by Alderman Tolliver, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 25-0120 A Resolution approving the First Amendment and Second Amendment to the SunCode leases at the Aurora Municipal Airport . A motion was made by Alderwoman Baid, seconded by Alderman Tolliver, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Baid, seconded by Alderman Tolliver, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
