ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Ted Mesiacos, Vice Chair Carl Franco, Alderman Dan Barreiro, Alderman-At-Large Keith Larson and Alderman Edward Bugg APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0601 Approval of the minutes from the Finance Committee Meeting held on July 24, 2025. A motion was made by Vice Chair Franco, seconded by Alderman Barreiro, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 25-0588 An Ordinance authorizing a 100% principal forgiveness Loan Agreement (Public Water Supply Loan Program - Home Rule Entity) for the Lead Service Line Replacement Project . A motion was made by Vice Chair Franco, seconded by Alderman Barreiro, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. City of Aurora Page 1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes - Final August 14, 2025 Ayes: 5 25-0620 A Resolution Authorizing the Renewal of the Line of Credit (LOC) in the amount of $10 million with Old Second National Bank for a one-year term expiring on June 30, 2026 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Franco, seconded by Alderman Barreiro, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Vice Chair Franco, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Mesiacos adjourned the meeting at 3:16pm.
