Chief of Staff, Mayor's Office; Jessica Kalal, Law Dept.; Jessica Price, Purchasing; Jeane Beck, Aldermanic Aide, Aldermen's Office APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-1170 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee meeting held on Monday, December 23, 2019 . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Abstain: 1 PUBLIC COMMENT No Public Comment City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final January 27, 2020 Committee AGENDA 19-1152 A Resolution authorizing the purchase of replacement vehicles for the City of Aurora fleet from the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative, Sourcewell and Bidbuy for $2,214 ,706.00. A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Garza adjourned the meeting at 4:09 pm.
