The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Abstain: 1 PUBLIC COMMENT No Public Comment AGENDA 20-0333 Request to proceed with appropriate procurement procedures utilizing Infrastructure and Technology Committee funds to address drainage issues at seven locations throughout the City . Forward Committee of the Whole Agenda A motion was made that this agenda item be forwarded as information only. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0313 A Resolution to Award the contract for the Rotary Park & Lot F Parking and Sanitary Sewer Improvements to H. Linden & Sons Sewer and Water, Inc., 722 E. South St., Unit D, Plano, IL 60545 in the amount of three hundred thirteen thousand, one hundred sixty dollars and zero cents ($313,160.00). A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Garza adjourned the meeting at 4:30 pm.
