A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Alderman Lofchie, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no registered speakers for this meeting. AGENDA 21-0026 A Resolution Authorizing approval to enter into a lease agreement in the not to exceed amount of $46,500 with Nadler Golf Car Sales Inc. for the use of 61 GPS equipped golf carts . A motion was made by Alderman Jenkins, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Nayes: 1 21-0077 A Resolution to Award the contract for the Sexton Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements to Holiday Sewer and Water Construction, Inc., 1000 N. Rand Rd., Suite 116, Wauconda, IL 60084 in the amount of three hundred sixty-five thousand, four hundred thirty-two dollars and ten cents ($365,432.10). A motion was made by Vice Chair Donnell, seconded by Alderman Jenkins, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0014 Presentation on keeping Aurora’s waterways clean. The City is actively working to protect the Fox River and its tributaries from pollution. It has been for decades. This presentation summarizes what the City is currently doing to improve the quality of stormwater runoff and meet the requirements of its permit from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
