ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderwoman Shweta Baid, Alderman Emmanuel Llamas and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0730 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee Meeting held on September 13, 2021 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that these meeting minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final October 11, 2021 Committee 21-0810 A Resolution extending the current Citywide Traffic Signal and Street Light Maintenance contract with Meade Electric Inc., two additional years, for the period December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2023 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderwoman Smith, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0812 A Resolution authorizing the Director of Purchasing to enter into an agreement with Kovilic Construction Company, Inc., 3721 N. Carnation Street, Franklin Park, IL 60131 in the amount of $65,000 for Fox River West Dam and Canoe Chute Repairs. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0815 A Resolution approving the renewal of a 36-month contract for the City of Aurora's Internet bandwidth from Urbancom Communications Inc., Oak Forest, Illinois for an amount of $206,637.50 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
