ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderwoman Shweta Baid, Alderman Emmanuel Llamas and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0933 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee Meeting held on November 8, 2021. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that these meeting minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final November 22, 2021 Committee 21-0813 A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to execute an intergovernmental agreement, between the City of Aurora and the State of Illinois Department of Transportation, for the maintenance & energy of traffic signals on State roadways in the City . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0934 A Resolution adopting unit price bids for the for the on-call full replacement of disturbed lead water service lines within the City . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0935 A Resolution to Award a Contract to Tecorp, Inc. for the Fox Valley East Ground Storage Tanks Rehabilitation project in the amount of $2,651,176.00 for the Water Production Division A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, failed lacking second. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
