ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderwoman Shweta Baid and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas Absent: 1 - Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0302 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee Meeting held on April 11, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Baid, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos, that these meeting minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final April 25, 2022 Committee 22-0311 A Resolution authorizing the Director of Purchasing to enter into an agreement with M/M Peters Construction, Aurora, IL in the amount of $103,000 for repairs to the vault at 69 E. Downer Place . A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 22-0330 A Resolution authorizing the Director of Purchasing to enter into an agreement with Peerless Fence & Supply, Saint Charles, IL in the amount of $174,470.00 for the installation of fencing at Wilder Park in Ward 6. A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Llamas, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Garza adjourned the meeting at 4:19 pm.
