ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderwoman Shweta Baid, Alderman Emmanuel Llamas and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0552 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee Meeting held on July 11, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos, that these meeting minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final July 25, 2022 Committee 22-0451 A Resolution to accept the low bid from Ramirez Group LLC located at 3630 Randolph St., Lansing, IL for the repairs to the Stolp Island Place Parking Deck ("SIP") in the amount of $153,430.00. Abby Schuler, Downtown Services Manager, City of Aurora - presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Mesiacos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0566 A Resolution to award a contract to Hard Rock Concrete Cutters, Inc. in the bid amount of $61,790.00 for the 2022 Sidewalk Cutting Project . Tim Weidner, Engineering Division, City of Aurora - presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Garza adjourned the meeting at 4:13 pm.
