ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas Absent: 2 - Alderwoman Shweta Baid and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0590 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee Meeting held on July 25, 2022 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that these meeting minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final August 8, 2022 Committee 22-0615 A Resolution to award the City of Aurora Emergency Management Agency Storage Yard Expansion & Mitchell Road Drainage project located in Ward 1 to Fox Excavating, Inc., 1305 S. River St., Batavia, Illinois 60510 in the bid amount of three hundred fifty-seven thousand eight hundred forty-five dollars and zero cents ($357,845.00). Natalie Wiza- Emergency Management, Kurt Muth & Ken Schroth - Engineering, City of Aurora - presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Garza adjourned the meeting at 4:12 pm.
