ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderwoman Shweta Baid, Alderman Emmanuel Llamas and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-1041 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee meeting held on December 12, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final January 9, 2023 Committee 22-1014 A Resolution to award a contract for a three-year Managed Phone Service Partnership to Sentinel, of Downers Grove, for $307 ,102.96. Jeff Anderson, Mario Gil and Tracy Van Hook, IT Division - City of Aurora with Steven Tyriver from Sentinel, presented and answered questions on this item. A motion was made by Vice Chair Mesiacos, seconded by Alderwoman Smith, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 23-0001 A Resolution to adopt unit prices provided by two respondents for 2023 Electrical Supplies for the Electrical Division . Ian Wade, Ken Schroth - Engineering, Patrick Collins - Legal and Jessica Price - Purchasing - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 23-0002 A Resolution to adopt unit prices submitted by Utility Dynamics Corporation, 23 Commerce Drive, Oswego, IL 60543 for 2023 Electrical Services. Ian Wade, Engineering - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions on this item. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Alderwoman Baid, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
