ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderman John Laesch, Alderman Dan Barreiro and Alderman Brandon Tolliver APPROVAL OF MINUTES 24-0696 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee Meeting held on Monday, September 9, 2024. A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderman Tolliver, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final September 23, 2024 Committee 24-0711 A Resolution authorizing the director of purchasing to order equipment from Graybar, Itasca, IL in the amount of $140,000 for RiverEdge Park in Ward 1. Jason Bauer, Assistant Director of Public Works / Assistant City Engineer - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderman Tolliver, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderman Barreiro, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Garza adjourned the meeting at 4:05 pm.
