ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Juany Garza, Vice Chair Ted Mesiacos, Alderman John Laesch, Alderman Brandon Tolliver and Alderman Dan Barreiro APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0036 Approval of the minutes from the Infrastructure and Technology Committee meeting held on Monday, January 13, 2025. A motion was made by Alderman Tolliver, seconded by Alderman Barreiro, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Abstain: 1 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Infrastructure and Technology Meeting Minutes - Final January 27, 2025 Committee 25-0030 A Resolution to approve the purchase a 3-year renewal subscription of the ePremium platform from Event Approvals, Inc., Vancouver, Canada in the amount of $48,500 annually, for a total award of $145,500 . Mike Nelson, Director of Community Events - City of Aurora, Jeff Anderson, Deputy CIO - City of Aurora, and Jen Stallings, City Clerk - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderman Tolliver, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderman Tolliver, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Garza adjourned the meeting at 4:14pm.
