APPROVAL OF MINUTES 20-0200 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee meeting held on March 10, 2020 . A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 20-0198 Charitable Solicitation Application for the American Legion Roosevelt Post #1944 and Auxiliary for their Poppy Days on June 19, 2020-June 21, 2020. A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be forwarded as information only. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 20-0311 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class E City of Aurora liquor licenses ( unofficially related to application from: Torresmania Restaurant No. 3, Inc. d/b/a Torresmania Restaurant No. 3, Inc., 3 South Lincoln Avenue, Aurora, Illinois 60505) . A motion was made by Alderman Lofchie, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 20-0310 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class C City of Aurora liquor licenses ( unofficially related to application from: Palakheeru , Inc. d/b/a Liquor Lane, 2178 Ogden Avenue, Aurora, Illinois 60504) . A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Vice Chair Smith, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Chairperson Hart-Burns adjourned the meeting at 4:12pm. The motion carried.
