A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 21-0235 A Resolution to approve the contract to remodel and add a gender-neutral bathroom from P.H. Paschen S.N. Nielson & Associates, LLC, in the amount of $159,993.00 A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Abstain: 1 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Smith, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
