ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Mike Saville APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0629 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety, and Transportation Committee meeting held on August 10, 2021 . A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final August 24, 2021 Transportation Committee 21-0643 Charitable Solicitation Application for Aurora Fire Department to hold the annual "Fill The Boot" drive to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) from September 3,2021 to September 5, 2021 at various intersections within the City of Aurora. This Information/Discussion Only was discussed and filed CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Hart-Burns adjourned the meeting at 4:01 pm.
