CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Hart-Burns called the meeting to order at 4:03PM ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Mike Saville APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0937 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety, and Transportation Committee meeting held November 9, 2021. A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final November 23, 2021 Transportation Committee 21-0929 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class D: Downtown Core Entertainment District liquor licenses (unofficially related to the application from Wyckwood House, LLC at 80 S River St #108, Aurora). [Ward 6] A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Hart-Burns adjourned the meeting at 4:10 PM.
