ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Mike Saville APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0207 Approval of the minutes from the Public, Health, Safety and Transportation Committee meeting held March 8, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final March 22, 2022 Transportation Committee 22-0172 A Resolution to allow the Aurora Financial Empowerment Center to apply for a Kane County Grand Victoria Riverboat Grant, to help with staffing and implementation costs to support a Child Savings Account and Family Financial Literacy Initiative . A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Hart-Burns adjourned the meeting at 4:14 PM.
