ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Mike Saville APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0364 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee meeting held on April 26, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final May 10, 2022 Transportation Committee 22-0378 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class D: Downtown Core Entertainment District (Onsite Consumption) liquor licenses, (unofficially related to the application from Taqueria El Tio Restaurant, LLC at 81 S River Street). [Ward 6] A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 Community Events Report out for City-permitted events taking place from May-June. This was discussed CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Hart-burns adjourned the meeting at 4:20 PM.
