CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Hart-Burns called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Mike Saville APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0490 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee meeting held on June 14, 2022. A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT None AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final June 28, 2022 Transportation Committee 22-0493 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class B: On-Site Consumption liquor licenses (unofficially related to the application from String Runa, Inc. d/b/a Strings Ramen at 4340 E New York St., Aurora). [Ward 10] A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0495 A Resolution Granting a Self-Service Liquor License Endorsement to Final Stretch Events, LLC d/b/a Tapville Social - Chicago Premium Outlets. A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
