A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item was approved and to be forwarded as information only. The motion carried.
