ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Mike Saville Absent: 1 - Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0686 Approval of the minutes of the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee meeting held on August 23, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 22-0734 Charitable Solicitation Application for Kiwanis Club of Aurora P O Box 1551 Aurora, IL 60507 for collections for youth programs on September 6th, 8th, 16th and 17th, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this agenda item be forwarded as information only. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
