Chairperson Hart-Burns requested permission to participate remotely per section 2-80 based on a reasonable anticipation of an extended illness. ROLL CALL Chairperson Hart-Burns was present via audio conference. Present: 5 - Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Mike Saville APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-1048 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee meeting held on December 13, 2022 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. The motion carried.
