ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Mike Saville APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0192 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety, and Transportation Committee meeting held on February 28, 2023. A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. [Ward 1] Jen Stallings, City Clerk; AJ, 7-11 A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 23-0212 A Resolution Authorizing Approval Annual Action Plan Substantial Amendment 2023-#2 - HOME-ARP Needs Assessment Findings and Recommendations Chris Ragona, Community Development A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Hart-Burns adjourned the meeting at 4:46 PM.
