ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderman Mike Saville Absent: 1 - Chairperson Scheketa Hart-Burns APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0261 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety, and Transportation Committee meeting held on March 28, 2023 . A motion was made by Alderman Saville, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final April 11, 2023 Transportation Committee 23-0129 A Resolution approving an inter-governmental agreement with the City of Aurora/Aurora Fire Department and the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. Dave McCabe, Fire Chief A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 23-0273 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class B: On-Site Consumption liquor licenses (unofficially related to the application from BC Aurora, LLC d/b/a Bonchon at 4302 E New York St, Unit #118). [Ward 10] Jen Stallings, City Clerk; Si Chen, BonChon A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 23-0246 Charitable Solicitation Application for Walter E Truemper American Legion Post 1944's Annual Poppy drive on May 26, 2023 to May 27, 2023. This Information/Discussion Only was forwarded as information only CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Saville, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Vice Chair Donnell adjourned the meeting at 4:08 PM.
