ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderman John Laesch, Alderman Ted Mesiacos and Alderwoman Juany Garza APPROVAL OF MINUTES 23-0426 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety, and Transportation Committee meeting held on May 23, 2023. A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Natalie Wiza, Emergency Management A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Mesiacos, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Vice Chair Donnell adjourned the meeting at 4:08 PM.
