ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman John Laesch and Alderman Ted Mesiacos APPROVAL OF MINUTES 24-0327 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee Meeting held on April 23, 2024. A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA HELD City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final May 14, 2024 Transportation Committee 24-0266 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of licenses for tattoo and body art establishments in the City of Aurora in accordance with Chapter 25, Article XI "Tattoo and Body Art Establishments". Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office - City of Aurora, presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Vice Chair Donnell, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Nayes: 1 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Vice Chair Donnell, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:09 pm.
