ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman John Laesch and Alderman Ted Mesiacos APPROVAL OF MINUTES 24-0382 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee Meeting held on May 14, 2024. A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final May 28, 2024 Transportation Committee 24-0393 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class B: On-Site Consumption liquor licenses (unofficially related to the application from Hills Banquet Hall, LLC at 649 Hill Ave., Aurora). [Ward 3] Jen Stallings, City Clerk - City of Aurora and Fidel Valerio, Co-Owner of Hills Banquet Hall, LLC , presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:10 P.M.
