CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Saville called the meeting to order at 4:00pm ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman John Laesch and Alderman Ted Mesiacos APPROVAL OF MINUTES 24-0463 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety and Transportation Committee Meeting held on June 11, 2024. A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final June 25, 2024 Transportation Committee 24-0474 A Resolution requesting approval to accept the proposal from TDA Consulting to create the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and to update the Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area Plan in the amount of $62,115. Chris Ragona, Neighborhood Redevelopment Manager - City of Aurora, Presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this agenda item be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Saville adjourned the meeting at 4:14 pm.
