CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Saville called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman John Laesch and Alderman Ted Mesiacos APPROVAL OF MINUTES 24-0940 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety, and Transportation Committee meeting held on November 26, 2024 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Vice Chair Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final December 10, 2024 Transportation Committee 24-0947 A Resolution establishing the maximum number of Class B: On-Site Consumption liquor licenses (unofficially related to the application from Reynoso Enterprises Corp. at 470 Hinman St., Aurora). [Ward 3] Jennifer Stallings, City Clerk - City of Aurora and the Owners of Reynoso Enterprises Corp. presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderman Mesiacos, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
