CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Franco called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Carl Franco, Vice Chair Mike Saville, Alderman Jonathan Núñez, Alderman Edward Bugg and Alderwoman Patty Smith APPROVAL OF MINUTES 25-0425 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety, and Transportation Committee held on May 13, 2025 . A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Saville, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Public Health, Safety, and Meeting Minutes - Final May 27, 2025 Transportation Committee 25-0323 A Resolution authorizing the Emergency Management Coordinator to sign the Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network Agreement (IPWMAN) Natalie Wiza, Coordinator of Emergency Management and Tim Forbes, Superintendent of Streets - City of Aurora presented and answered questions regarding this item. A motion was made by Alderwoman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Saville, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Vice Chair Saville, seconded by Alderwoman Smith, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
