ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Chairperson Carl Franco, Alderman Edward Bugg, Alderman Bill Donnell and Alderman Patty Smith Absent: 1 - Vice Chair Emmanuel Llamas OTHERS PRESENT Steve Lord City of Aurora: Marissa Spencer, Law Department; Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office; Rick Veenstra, Law Department; Socorro Flores, Mayor's Office; Cristal Colon, Aldermen's Office. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-0869 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 . A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Smith, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 3 Abstain: 1 PUBLIC COMMENT City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes October 1, 2019 Procedure AGENDA 19-0884 An Ordinance amending Section 29, Article IV, Division 2 of the City Code relating to gambling offenses . A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-0867 A Resolution authorizing the City Clerk to maintain all original copies of leases involving City property . A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 19-0876 A Resolution Appointing Nelson Santos and Reappointing Guy Lieser, Scott Fank and Jim Armbruster to the Aurora Municipal Airport Advisory Board. A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Alderman Smith, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Smith, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Franco adjourned the meeting at 3:14pm. The motion carried.
