ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Carl Franco, Vice Chair Emmanuel Llamas, Alderman Edward Bugg, Alderman Bill Donnell and Alderman Patty Smith OTHERS PRESENT City of Aurora: Natalie Wiza, Emergency Mgmt.; Marissa Spencer, Legal Dept.; Alex Voigt, Mayor's Office; Tim Forbes, Street Department; Connie Krug, Aldermen's Office APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-0892 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 . A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 19-0778 An Ordinance Adding Article 8 to Chapter 41.5, of the Code of the City of Aurora A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final October 15, 2019 Procedure Ayes: 5 19-0928 An Ordinance amending Chapter 42, Section 22, of the City of Aurora Code of Ordinances Entitled "Mailboxes." A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Alderman Smith, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 19-0891 A Resolution authorizing the Corporation Counsel and the Risk Manager for the City of Aurora to execute indemnification and hold harmless agreements with private property owners for exercise trainings taking place throughout the corporate limits of the City of Aurora for the FEMA Coordinated Complex Terrorist Attack grant . A motion was made by Vice Chair Llamas, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Franco adjourned the meeting at 3:29 PM.
