APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19-0948 Approval of the 10/15/2019 RAP committee meeting minutes . A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 19-0852 An Ordinance Amending Chapters 8, 27, 41.5 and 42 of the Code of the City of Aurora. A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. A motion was made by Vice Chair Llamas, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Vice Chair Llamas, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Franco adjourned the meeting at 3:29pm. The motion carried.
