Due to technical issues the original meeting under ID 899 6866 4757 was deleted and regenerated under the meeting ID 897 3327 7029. A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no public speakers registered at the time of the meeting. AGENDA 20-0303 An Ordinance Amending Divisions 4 and 5 of Article II of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Aurora pertaining to the transaction of business by the City Council and its committees . This item is being forwarded to the Committee of the Whole as information only for further discussion by the council. A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be forwarded with no recommendation to the Committee of the Whole. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0304 An Ordinance amending Article II and repealing Article IV of Chapter 34 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Aurora pertaining to the Planning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Alderman Smith, that this agenda item be recommended for approval as amended. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Franco adjourned the meeting at 4:02 PM.
