City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final July 21, 2020 Procedure APPROVAL OF MINUTES 20-0369 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting held on July 7, 2020 . A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Smith, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Alderman Emmanuel Llamas arrived at 3:04pm. Ayes: 4 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 20-0391 An Ordinance amending Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Aurora, pertaining to Peddling and Solicitation . A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0393 An Ordinance amending various provisions of Chapter 2, Article II, Division 4 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Aurora, pertaining to the transaction of business by the City Council . A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0395 An Ordinance amending Section 36-58 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Aurora, pertaining to the adjudication of alarm system violations . A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Franco adjourned the meeting at 3:51pm. The motion carried.
