A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0660 Approval of the 10/14/2020 special RAP committee meeting minutes. A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT There were no registered speakers for this meeting. AGENDA 20-0658 An Ordinance amending Chapter 34 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Aurora, in its entirety and repealing conflicting prior enactments A motion was made by Vice Chair Llamas, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0665 A Resolution Appointing Judy Durham to the Block Grant Working Committee. A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0645 Recommendation to Hire the Chief of Staff for the Aldermen's Office This Recommendation was held HELD 20-0471 An Ordinance amending Chapter 49 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Aurora, Illinois, commonly known as the "Aurora Zoning Ordinance" A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Smith, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. This Information/Discussion Only was held CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Alderman Smith, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Franco adjourned the meeting at 3:36 PM.
