APPROVAL OF MINUTES 20-0699 Approval of the 10/26/2020 RAP committee meeting minutes . A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 20-0710 An Ordinance creating a civilian review board to review matters involving the police department . A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0711 Short Term Rental Update This Reports/Studies was discussed and filed HELD 20-0533 Discussion regarding residency for City of Aurora employees . Chairperson Franco adjourned the meeting at 4:00pm. The motion carried.
