APPROVAL OF MINUTES 20-0699 Approval of the 10/26/2020 RAP committee meeting minutes . A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 20-0710 An Ordinance creating a civilian review board to review matters involving the police department . A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0711 Short Term Rental Update This Reports/Studies was discussed and filed HELD 20-0533 Discussion regarding residency for City of Aurora employees . This Information/Discussion Only was discussed and filed 20-0645 Recommendation to Hire the Chief of Staff for the Aldermen's Office This Recommendation was held City of Aurora Page 2 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final November 3, 2020 Procedure CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Franco adjourned the meeting at 4:00pm. The motion carried.
