City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final November 17, 2020 Procedure APPROVAL OF MINUTES 20-0731 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting on November 3, 2020 . A motion was made by Vice Chair Llamas, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 20-0758 Recommendation to approve an Aldermanic Aide to the Aldermen . A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 20-0768 A Resolution Appointing Wanda Malone to the Advisory Commission on Disabilities. A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 HELD 20-0645 Recommendation to Hire the Chief of Staff for the Aldermen's Office This Recommendation was held CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Franco adjourned the meeting at 3:17pm. The motion carried.
