20-0780 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures
Committee meeting on November 17, 2020 .
A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that the
minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this
agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

Commission.
