A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. This Information/Discussion Only was held Alderman Patty Smith left the meeting at 4:55pm. CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Franco adjourned the meeting at 5:02pm.
