HEREBY GIVEN of a Special Rules, Administration, and Procedure Committee Meeting
to be held remotely on Wednesday, February 3, 2021at 3:00 PM.

21-0056 Approval of the minutes from the January 20, 2021 Special Rules,
Administration and Procedures Committee Meeting .
A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this
agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

Alderman Patty Smith left the meeting at 4:55pm.

A motion was made by Alderman Bugg, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that
this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Franco adjourned
the meeting at 5:02pm.
