A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Vice Chair Llamas, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT Jennifer Monaco; Max Lecaros; Jonathan Berning; Ervin Raber; Reta Bonn; Carl Swanson AGENDA HELD 20-0826 Discussion of Resolution 20-281 regarding the need for the regulation of the sale of pets at retail locations within the City of Aurora . This Information/Discussion Only was held CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Franco adjourned the meeting at 4:50pm.
