The motion carried. This Information/Discussion Only was discussed and filed CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that the meeting be adjourned. Chairman Franco adjourned the meeting at 4:11 PM.
