This Minutes was accepted and filed PUBLIC COMMENT Cassandra Parisi - Furry Babies AGENDA 21-0321 An Ordinance amending the Aurora Liquor Control Ordinance pertaining to procedural requirements involved in the liquor licensing process . A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Bugg, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0358 A Resolution authorizing a two-year grant in the amount of $27,500 per year in partnership with Rebuilding Together Aurora (RTA) and The Neighbor Project to assist qualified residents with projects in the Third Ward. A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0384 Recommendation to approve an Aldermanic Aide to the Aldermen's Office. A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval (information only). The motion carried. Ayes: 5 City of Aurora Page 2 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final May 18, 2021 Procedure HELD 21-0276 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2 and Chapter 9 of the City of Aurora Code of Ordinances Pertaining to the Sale of Pets within the City. A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Nayes: 1 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Smith, seconded by Alderman Llams that this meeting be adjourned. Chairperson Franco adjourned the meeting at 4:03 PM.
