City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final June 1, 2021 Procedure APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0393 Approval of the 5/18/2021 Rules, Administration and Procedure committee meeting minutes . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT None AGENDA 21-0401 An Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article 2-VI-1 of the Code of Ordinances and establishing rules and procedures generally applicable to advisory boards and commissions and changing the terms of their membership. A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0406 An Ordinance Amending Sec. 13-14 of Chapter 13 Code of Ordinances, City of Aurora entitled Tobacco, Alternative Nicotine Product or Vapor Product Use, Prohibitions and Compliance Monitoring . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 Nayes: 1 21-0404 A Resolution Reappointing Alderwoman Scheketa Hart-Burns and Appointing Alderman Sherman Jenkins and Robert J. O’Connor to the Aquatics Administrative Board. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. The motion carried.
