A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that the minutes be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final June 15, 2021 Procedure PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 21-0453 A Resolution to approve the Ward 8 Residential Grant Program. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that the agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 21-0436 An Ordinance amending the Aurora Liquor Control Ordinance pertaining to E-Commerce Delivery Stores. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval as amended. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 21-0441 A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 4 21-0452 An Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article 2-VI-1 of the Code of Ordinances and establishing rules and procedures generally applicable to advisory boards and commissions and changing the terms of their membership. This Ordinance was held CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
