ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 21-0518 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee Meeting held on July 6, 2021 . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA 21-0527 An Ordinance amending Chapter 6, Sec . 6-2 of the Aurora Liquor Control Ordinance pertaining to Complimentary Beer or Wine Service . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 21-0556 A Resolution approving the appointments of the members of the Planning and Zoning Commission. A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Llamas, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairperson Bugg adjourned the meeting at 3:24pm.
