Please contact the Aldermen’s Office at (630) 256-3020 with questions. CALL TO ORDER Chairman Bugg called the meeting to order at 3:01pm. A motion was made by Alderman Franco and seconded by Vice Chair Woerman to allow Alderman Llamas to participate in this meeting remotely pursuant to Sec. 2-80. The motion carried by voice vote and Alderman Llamas was allowed to participate in this meeting remotely via Zoom. ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Chairperson Edward Bugg, Vice Chair Ron Woerman, Alderman Bill Donnell, Alderman Carl Franco and Alderman Emmanuel Llamas APPROVAL OF MINUTES 22-0331 Approval of the minutes from the Rules, Administration and Procedures Committee meeting held on April 19, 2022. A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 PUBLIC COMMENT AGENDA City of Aurora Page 1 Rules, Administration, and Meeting Minutes - Final May 3, 2022 Procedure 22-0347 A Resolution approving the appointment of Dave McCabe to the Aurora Firefighters Pension Fund Board . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0348 A Resolution approving the appointment of Dave McCabe to the Electrical Commission. A motion was made by Alderman Donnell, seconded by Alderman Franco, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0349 A Resolution appointing Dave McCabe as the Aurora representative to the Naperville Emergency Telephone System Board (ETSB). A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 22-0363 A Resolution approving the appointment of a member to the Tree Board . A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Alderman Donnell, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried. Ayes: 5 CLOSED SESSION ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Alderman Franco, seconded by Vice Chair Woerman, that this meeting be adjourned. The motion carried. Chairman Bugg adjourned the meeting at 3:10 pm.
